applied art work is contain two elements (useful elements and artistic elements) The Saudi copyright law protect applied art, however, it is not clear on whether it protect both elements (useful aspects of the work AND the artistic aspects) or is it only the artistic element? I think it covers both however; I want to suggest ways in which the law could be amended so as to be clearer regrading this matter.
