III. Literature review: highlight the key finding of similar energy price unification experiences worldwide.What are the key benefits and major challenges? Also, provide a summary of previous research in this topic area. Furthermore, summarize the pros (benefits realized) and cons (sacrifices made) of the direction to unify prices(3 pages minimum and must reference Dr. Mohammed Al-Sahlawi).
IV. Country Profiles: define the gulf council cooperation and list the member countries. For each country, summarize &present the current production and consumption levels showing the product composition in the national energy mix (5-6 products minimum) and major consuming sectors. Highlight the strength and weakness of each country economy. (6 pages minimum)
V. Historical Data: For each country, provide historical quantity and price data by product during the past 10-15 years. Use of tables and visual charts is a must and should show average quantity/price for each country over the period. (6 pages minimum)
VI. Scenario Evaluation: for each product, discuss the impact of using the lowest, average, and maximum regional prices as unified price on each member country economy. (6 pages minimum)
VII. Optimal Price Strategy: Determine the optimal use of lowest, average, and maximum regional price for the best outcome on the overall economy. In each country, the best outcome on the overall economy should factor in the impact on the consumers, the impact on the national economy, and the national production capacity and/or availability. (6 pages minimum)
VIII. Effect of Significant Regional Economic Changes: Touch on the effect of anticipated significant regional economic changes on the optimal price strategy. Examples include unified GCCC currency, Saudi Arabia joining of WTO, Saudi Arabia Unconventional Gas potential, etc. (3 pages minimum)
IX. Conclusion: congest the content of sections II through VIII above. (2 pages)
