Compare changes: what is different between the two? Also, look at the cultural implications of these adaptations: what does it mean that these things have been changed?  What do critics say about the film vesion? Add your opinion.

NOTE:You MAY write on the same fairy tale that you discussed in the fairy tale paper. you may use parts of that paper in this new paper, if you like. But you will need to expand your paper so that it is focused on a  film (your opinion of the film as well as the opinions of professional critics).

ORGANIZATION

Avoid the trap of telling the story. Do not use “you” or contractions. Do discuss literature in the present tense.

Follow this plan for organization:
Add a title; do not use the same title as the book/film

INTRODUCTION:  Try to begin with INTEREST: a statistic or interesting detail about the popularity of the work. Or begin with a quote from the book or film. You must include the following:
book title (italics) and author
film title (italics),  director
, screenwriter and year of release.
You must also include a thesis. Make sure the first paragraph ends with a clear thesis, the overall point of your paper.

BODY PARAGRAPHS
You need several  body paragraphs.

Each body paragraph  must begin with a topic sentence.
Include an example, a quote or description from the book or film. Be sure that your introduce each quote with a signal phrase. Add at least two commentary sentences, your REACTION to that quote. Add another quote from the play and two or more commentary sentences. Add a concluding sentence to the paragraph. So—
